These are the conditions on which Calara Plaza sells. They apply to every order placed through this website.

Our identity

How an order becomes a contract

Adding something to the basket and paying is an offer to buy, not yet a completed sale. The contract forms when we confirm the order and dispatch it. Until then we may decline, for instance if the item turns out to be unavailable.

What things cost

We price in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable tax. Delivery costs ₹149 until the order reaches ₹5,999, when it becomes free. Checkout shows the figure before you commit.

Prices can change without notice, but never after you have placed an order. Where a listing carries an obvious error we will contact you rather than quietly charge the higher figure.

Availability

We stock genuinely, not by drop-shipping, so counts are close to exact. A clash on the last item means a same-day refund for one buyer.

Site use

  • Do not probe, scan or stress-test the site or its infrastructure.
  • The photographs and descriptions here may not be lifted for other use.
  • Orders placed with details you do not have authority over will be cancelled.
  • Crawlers that ignore our robots file and overload the site are blocked.

The material on this site

The text, photographs and layout of this site belong to Calara Plaza. Product names and marks that belong to their makers remain theirs, and we use them only to describe what an item is.

The limits of our liability

If we sent the wrong thing, or it broke on the way, we fix it at our cost. Replacement or refund, your choice.

We are not liable for indirect losses, and not for delays arising from circumstances outside our control. The cap is the order value.

Law and jurisdiction

This agreement is subject to India law, with India as the place of jurisdiction.

Do contact us before taking any formal step; we resolve nearly everything informally.

If these terms change

Revisions happen, but they do not reach back. Whatever was published when you ordered is what binds us both.
