- Photographs, if something arrived damaged, wrong or incomplete.
- Your pincode, for questions about delivery coverage or timing.
- Leave a phone number in case it is faster to talk.
Our reply time
We read the inbox through the working day: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. Mail arriving on a closed day is answered on our return.
If you do not hear from us, the spam folder is worth a look before you assume we missed it.
Grievance redressal
We are required to give you a grievance contact. It is team@calaraplaza.shop, and the subject line should read Grievance.
Acknowledgement comes within 48 hours; resolution within one month, as the Rules require. Usually it takes a fraction of that.
