Track a Delivery

The lookup below needs two things, your order number and the email you checked out with.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What the words mean

  • In hand: Received and queued. Nothing is packed, so a cancellation now costs nothing.
  • Packed and labelled: Everything is in the box with the label on it, ready for handover. Changes are no longer simple.
  • Out for delivery: The courier is carrying it. Their tracking page updates more often than this one.
  • Fulfilled: Marked delivered by the courier. A delivered status with no parcel in your hands is something to report to us immediately.

When the search draws a blank

The lookup is strict about the email. It must be the address used when ordering.

Write to team@calaraplaza.shop with the order number and we will trace it manually. Brand-new orders sometimes lag by a few minutes.

Nothing is changing

Scans happen at depots. A short gap is routine; a long one we will investigate with the courier.

Peak season and bad weather stretch every courier in India only. We pass on what they tell us, without guessing.
