Paying for Your Order
Payment happens through UPI before dispatch, or in cash at delivery, whichever suits you on the day you order.
Methods available at checkout
UPI
If you pay by UPI, the confirmation step happens on your phone in your own app. Once it succeeds the order is locked in and goes to packing.
COD
Most pincodes we ship to accept cash on delivery. Checkout will tell you if yours is one of the few that does not, or if the basket exceeds the cash limit.
Prices, currency and tax
- Transacted in: Indian Rupees. Prices are never converted from another currency.
- Tax: All prices are quoted inclusive of tax. No tax is appended during checkout.
- Shipping: ₹149, waived once the order value reaches ₹5,999.
- Convenience fees: None whatsoever. The total at checkout is the total you pay.
Security of your payment
A UPI approval takes place entirely inside your own app, over the encrypted channel your bank provides. The credentials you type there never pass through this site. What reaches us is a plain confirmation that the amount went through.
How money comes back
A prepaid order is refunded to the same UPI handle or bank account the payment came from. For a cash-on-delivery order there is nothing for us to reverse, so we ask you in writing for a UPI handle or bank account and send it there.
