How is payment handled?

Choose UPI and approve in your own app, or choose cash on delivery and pay on arrival.

Delivery time?

It depends on two things: how long we take to pack, and how far your pincode is from Jaipur. Metro addresses are quicker than remote districts. Your tracking page shows the current position.

Do you charge for shipping?

Delivery is ₹149. Cross ₹5,999 and we cover it.

How long do I have to return an item?

The window is 7 days from the delivery date. Unused, boxed, with tags on.

How do I get my money back?

Prepaid orders are credited to the original handle; COD orders are settled by transfer on your written instruction.

How do I cancel?

Up to the moment we give the parcel to the courier, yes. Call +91 98285 30007 or mail team@calaraplaza.shop.

Will COD work for me?

Widely available, though not universal. Checkout is the place to confirm for your address.

It arrived in poor condition

Photograph the item and the packaging and send them to team@calaraplaza.shop within 7 days of delivery. Replacement or full refund, including delivery charge.

Overseas delivery?

Not at present. India only is the whole of our delivery area.
