Shipping Policy
From Jaipur we send orders out to India only. This page is the full picture on charges, waiting times and problems in transit.
Shipping charges
- What we charge: Flat ₹149. The figure is the same for a single item or a full basket.
- No charge from: Orders of ₹5,999 or more ship free of charge.
- Areas covered: India only only. There is no international despatch from this site.
How long it takes
There is a packing stage and a travel stage. We control the first; the courier network and your distance from Jaipur decide the second.
Our working hours: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. An order arriving outside them joins the queue when we reopen.
Address accuracy
Most failed deliveries trace back to an incomplete address or a phone that nobody answers. Landmarks help; a working mobile number helps more.
Email team@calaraplaza.shop as soon as you notice. Corrections are only reliable while the order is still with us.
What the parcel looks like
We size the box to the order and fill what is left, because loose contents are the main cause of transit damage.
We ship in unmarked cartons, so the contents are not obvious in transit.
If the tracking stops moving
Delays happen for reasons no seller controls, from flooding to local shutdowns. Our job then is to chase, escalate and keep you posted.
Confirmed transit losses are our responsibility. We will resend the item or refund the order in full.
Taking delivery
Check the parcel while the agent is still with you. Tampered or water-damaged cartons should be sent back unopened.
If the fault only shows once the box is open, write within 7 days of the delivery date with pictures. Details are on the Refund and Returns Policy.
