Privacy and Your Information

Here is an honest account of the information Calara Plaza asks for, the reason we ask, and the limits we keep to. Our obligations under the DPDP Act 2023 shape all of it.

The information we hold

  • To pack and send: Name, shipping address, mobile and email. That is the whole set for a normal order.
  • On payments: We record that the order was paid and how much. The UPI authorisation takes place in your app; none of those details reach this site.
  • When you write to us: Anything you send us about an order, including photographs, retained alongside that order.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser string, page and time, recorded by the server. We do not combine these into customer profiles.

What your data is never used for

  • Your information is not for sale, at any price, to anyone.
  • Ordering from us does not put you on a mailing list.
  • This site does not host trackers that report your browsing to ad networks.
  • We do not collect government identifiers of any kind.

Who else sees your information

The delivery company needs your name, address and number. The hosting company holds the database. The email provider moves our correspondence. That is the complete list, and none may reuse your data.

We would hand over data if legally compelled. Otherwise there is no circumstance in which it leaves the three parties above.

Retention

We hold order and invoice data for the period the tax rules set, keep support threads while they remain relevant, and let server logs expire by themselves.

Your control over it

You may request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete what we are free to delete. The DPDP Act 2023 underpins this; team@calaraplaza.shop is the address to use.

To be sure we are talking to the right person, we reply to the email address the order used.
